We are staying in South America for September's brunches and dinner but moving over to the West Coast to Chile. Although they are of course known for their wine, Chilean cuisine is rather less known. It is highly likely that there will be Cerviche on the menu as well as other fish, such as sea bass or salmon caught in the rich, cold waters off the coast.
As usual, we will be starting with a cocktail and appetizers and moving through multiple courses and ending with really good coffee. The shindig starts at 7.00pm. All couses are served in a single sitting. Cost is $35.00 pp. BYOB is highly encouraged - No corkage.
